INFI HUMAN CARE, is a young agency on the market in Romania and abroad that deals with the recruitment-placement-employment of labor force abroad, carrying out its activity according to the legislation of Romania and Belgium, offering safe and quality services to all those who I want a legal job in Belgium or France, according to training and experience in the sanitary field.

Law no. 156 of July 26, 2000, regarding the protection of Romanian citizens working abroad, amended by Emergency Ordinance no. 33 of April 28, 2021 (“Law 156/2000”);
Decision no. 384 of 11/04/2001, for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions of Law no. 156/2000;
The Labor Code of 2003 (Law No. 53 of January 24, 2003), as well as any other legal provisions in the field of labor legislation (“Labor Code”), etc.;
Law no. 190 of July 18, 2018 on measures to implement Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data
