WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
Are you a general nurse with higher education or post-secondary education with a baccalaureate degree looking for a new experience and a job in Nursing Homes for the elderly in Belgium or France? INFI HUMAN CARE AGENCY is with you and provides you with the following facilities:
- Mediation by the agency through which the entire procedure for connecting the foreign employer with you is carried out in order to establish an employment relationship by concluding an individual employment contract. The mediation materializes by concluding a mediation contract between the agency and you according to Law no. 156/2000R on the protection of Romanian citizens working abroad, amended by GEO no. 33/2021. Mediation activities will be done free of charge;
- Secured job in the available locations in Belgium and France;
- Online French and Dutch language courses – free of charge;
- Recognition of studies in Belgium or France with our help – free of charge;
- Direct interview with the employer in French or Dutch;
- The employment will be done after the recognition of the studies, obtaining the visa and passing the interview;
- Transport from Romania to Belgium or France for employment will be free;
- Upon arrival in Belgium or France, you will be met at the airport by us or by your employer and you will be driven to your new workplace;
- Accommodation for a period of 1-2 months in the residential center where you will carry out your activity;
- The individual employment contract is concluded for an indefinite period;
- Support provided by the agency and the employer in obtaining Belgian or French identity documents, opening a bank account, medical insurance and INAMI number;
- Support provided by the agency and the employer in finding a home and completing the formalities for it;
- Transport to your workplace is settled by your employer in accordance with the legislation in force (personal car/shared transport);
- Annual professional training course – free;
- Salary scale according to IFIC – single salary scale in Belgium – as well as the salary scale in France;
- Attractiveness premium and year-end premium paid by the employer after one year of activity, health insurance, dental, etc.;
- Paid annual leave according to seniority and in accordance with the legislation of the two countries;
- Training, preparation, explanation of techniques and duties of medical assistants before departure to Belgium or France – free of charge!
TO REMEMBER!
- The individual employment contract will be concluded for an indefinite period with “full time”;
- The individual employment contract is governed by Belgian or French law for all terms of employment, including the duration of the contract, compliance with working hours, notice period and compliance with rights;
- The employer will conclude an employment contract with the candidate, and the latter will benefit from the same working conditions, rights, advantages and obligations resulting from social legislation and in particular from collective agreements in the same way as a Belgian or French worker. Termination of the employment contract will take place in accordance with Belgian or French law;
- The worker will be assigned to his qualification category and code, taking into account seniority, experience and family situation;
- As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general care (medical and psychosocial care) to residents in their residence, with a view to maintaining, improving or restoring their health and well-being;
- In this sense, you will always have in mind the well-being of the residents for whom they will be responsible;

MUTUAL OBLIGATIONS
Our obligations:
- to offer a job in accordance with the training, skills and interests of the applicant for the duration of this contract;
- to ensure, as the case may be, the testing of the applicant’s skills;
- to take the necessary steps to conclude the individual employment contract or the equivalent document according to the legislation of the destination state with the employer from abroad;
- to ensure the drawing up of a copy of the individual employment contract or the equivalent document according to the legislation of the destination state and in the Romanian language;
- to draw up a file of the applicant which must contain the documents necessary for employment in Belgium or France and any other personal data, documents and/or information according to the legal regulations in force;
- to take the necessary steps to conclude the individual employment contract with the employer in Belgium or France;
- to ensure the inclusion in the individual employment contract of the elements provided for in firm job offers;
- to ensure compliance by the employer with the clauses provided in the individual employment contract;
- to ensure the confidentiality of personal data;
- to carry out the steps and formalities necessary for the applicant’s travel from Romania to Belgium or France, obtaining, as the case may be, the equivalence and recognition of studies, ensuring the conditions of transport and accommodation upon arrival in Belgium or France;
- to ensure that the applicant has knowledge of French and/or Dutch, providing online courses for learning and assimilating language knowledge;
- to ensure that, prior to his departure, the worker placed to work abroad has all the necessary documents for access to the country of destination;
- to ensure that the worker placed to work abroad has all the information related to the special conditions for entering the country of destination, respectively to the special rules that must be respected, according to the legislation of the country of destination, in the conditions of the existence of a risk;
Your obligations:
- to provide the agency with all the necessary information for the search for a suitable job abroad;
- to participate in the testing actions organized by the labor placement agent and/or the employer, in order to be selected to be employed abroad;
- to participate in the language courses organized by the agency, to get involved and show your interest in learning the French and/or Dutch language;
- to notify the employment agency in the event of relinquishing its mediation services;
- to pay the legal fees and costs related to traveling abroad, if these are not borne by the agency or employer;
- to comply with the obligations stipulated in the individual employment contract;
- in case you do not respect your obligations arising from the contract, you will pay the equivalent of the expenses incurred by the employment agency, including the language courses organized with you, based on the supporting documents;
- to carry out the activity with the Belgian or French employer for at least one year after signing the individual employment contract in order to benefit from the attractiveness bonus and the year-end bonus;

THE TASKS YOU WILL HAVE AS A CAREGIVER AT YOUR NEW WORKPLACE
Your tasks will mainly consist of actively participating in the daily life activities of the care home residents, in particular supporting the medical staff. In this sense, together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for:
- care of residents throughout the day;
- distribution of food, help and supervision in food
- observing the residents’ health status and reporting any important event to the nurses;
- stimulating residents to maintain their autonomy;
- ensuring the general comfort of the residents;
- participate in the psychosocial support of residents and their relatives;
- creating a pleasant environment around the residents of rest and care homes;
- participation in household chores of any kind within the rest and care home;
- performing the administrative duties inherent in the position;
- active participation in multidisciplinary meetings and team meetings;
- participation in the unit’s training projects;
- all administrative tasks related to his position;
- have team spirit;
